Staging Site Sample Clauses

The Staging Site clause defines the use and purpose of a separate, non-public website environment where new features, updates, or content can be tested before being released to the live site. Typically, this clause outlines who has access to the staging site, what types of changes or testing are permitted, and any restrictions on its use, such as prohibiting public access or data collection. Its core function is to provide a controlled space for development and quality assurance, minimizing the risk of errors or disruptions on the main website.
Staging Site. Acceptance: Company shall make available complete versions of the Work Product on a password protected server (“Staging Site”) for Customer’s review and acceptance. Customer shall have 7 days to review and evaluate the Work Product (“Acceptance Period”) to assess whether it meets the Specifications and meets industry standards for professional, technical and artistic quality.
Staging Site. 1.5.1. The Contractor is solely responsible for making all arrangements for any staging site(s) that may be necessary for the performance of the Work and the Contractor is responsible for all site security, including any fencing of the site, and any loss, damage or theft to its equipment and materials. Any fencing of the Staging Site is subject to the prior written approval of the Village. 1.5.2. The Village at its sole discretion may make a staging site available for use by the Contractor. If such site is made available by the Village, the Village assumes no responsibility or liability for the equipment or materials stored on the site, and the Contractor will be solely responsible for any loss, damage or theft to its equipment and materials. The Contractor must restore the site to its pre-existing condition prior to the Contractor’s use of the site. 1.5.3. The Contractor may be required to provide or may choose to use an office trailer for the duration of the Project. The Contractor must have the prior written approval of the Village as to the use of any office trailer and the placement location for the office trailer. The Contractor must obtain all required permits from the appropriate regulatory agencies. 1.5.4. No parking is permitted at a Village provided staging site without the prior written approval of the Village.

Contractor shall not utilize the Staging Site for worker’s parking or the parking of other vehicles, except for delivery and pickup purposes, without the prior written approval of the Project Manager. If such site is made available by the Town, the Town assumes no responsibility or liability, and the Contractor shall be responsible for any loss, damage or theft to its equipment and materials. The Contractor shall also be responsible for restoring the site(s) to its pre-existing condition prior to the Contractor’s use of the site(s).
Staging Site. Temporary URL(s) where “Piz International LTD” uploads the work in progress until the client requests “Piz International LTD” to transfer the files to the Client through online medium or any other mutually agreed medium. There can be multiple Staging Sites for different teams working on the project, for example, Design Team, Development Team, QC Team, UAT Team etc.
