Common use of STAFF CONDUCT Clause in Contracts

STAFF CONDUCT. CONTRACTOR shall establish a written Policies and Procedures for 10 employees, volunteers, interns, and members of the Board of Directors which shall include, but not be 11 limited to, standards related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol; staff-Participant relationships; 12 prohibition of sexual conduct with Participants; prohibition of forging or falsifying documents or drug 13 tests; and real or perceived conflict of interest. Situations that may be perceived as a conflict of interest 14 shall be brought to ADMINISTRATOR’S attention. Prior to providing any services pursuant to the 15 Agreement all employees, volunteers, and interns shall agree in writing to maintain the standards set 16 forth in the said Policies and Procedures.
