Specialist Class Size. Specialist teachers provide instruction in the classroom and through special programs. These programs include, but are not limited to, concerts, special events, guest speakers, rehearsals and other similar venues. Specialist teachers' class sizes will be comparable to classroom teachers' with the exception of special programs.
