Special Recognition. 507.3.1 Bilingual/Bi-literate (when required) 4% When any employee other than ELL Tutor or International Tutor is required to have bilingual and bi-literate competence in English and one (1) other language, the employee will receive a 4% increase to base pay if the employee’s regular duties remain essentially unchanged.
