Special Cleaning Service. To the extent that Tenant shall require special or more frequent cleaning and/or janitorial service (hereinafter referred to as “Special Cleaning Service”) Landlord may, upon reasonable advance notice from Tenant, elect to furnish such Special Cleaning Service and Tenant agrees to pay Landlord, within ten (10) days of being billed therefor, Landlord’s charge for providing such additional service.
