Meetings and Hearings All meetings and hearings under this procedure shall not be conducted in public and shall include only such parties in interest and their designated or selected representatives, heretofore referred to in this Article.
Notice and Hearing Prior to permanently suspending payment pursuant to 7.5.1 or 7.5.2, the Department shall provide reasonable notice and conduct a hearing before the Texas Juvenile Justice Department Board. The administrative determination rendered by the Department Board is final.
AND HEALTH The Council shall continue to make all reasonable provisions for the occupational safety and health of employees. The Board recognizes its responsibility to give all support and assistance to teachers with respect to the maintenance of control and discipline in the classroom. Whenever it appears to the teacher and a representative of the Board that a particular pupil requires the attention of special counselors, social workers, law enforcement personnel, physicians or other professional persons the Board will take steps to relieve the teacher of responsibilities with respect to such pupil.
