Common use of Soliciting Employees Clause in Contracts

Soliciting Employees. The Employee promises and agrees that while this Agreement continues in effect, he will not directly or indirectly solicit any of the employees of the Employer, its subsidiaries or its affiliates to work for or invest in, as the case may be, any business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity then in competition with the business of the Employer or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Employer.

The Employee promises and agrees that while this Agreement continues in effecteffect and for one year thereafter, he will not directly or indirectly solicit any of the employees of the Employer, its subsidiaries Company or its affiliates to work for or invest in, as the case may be, any business, individual, partnership, firm, or corporation, or other entity then that is in direct competition with the business of the Employer Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Employerits affiliates.
