Common use of SMOKING CESSATION ASSISTANCE Clause in Contracts

SMOKING CESSATION ASSISTANCE. The Company will pay up to a life time maximum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per employee for Smoking Cessation Assistance for employees or their covered dependants. Such assistance includes prescription and over- the-counter medications, nicotine patches, hypnotherapy and acupuncture as recommended by the attending Physician.
