Sleeping Room Reservations. Group must reserve guest rooms directly with the Hotel. Reservation must indicate, for each sleeping room, the name of the guest, the names of any additional guest(s) sharing the room, the arrival and departure dates. If guests identified on the rooming list do not check in, Group’s Master Account will be charged for the first night of all no-shows.

Sleeping Room Reservations. Each individual “participant” guest must make his or her own reservation by calling 000-000-0000 or booking at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx no later than the Cutoff Date. Guests making such reservations must identify themselves as members of Group, with a group code. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. If a guest does not cancel a reservation within forty-eight (48) hours before the guest’s check-in date, then Hotel may charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes. Group must submit a rooming list to Hotel no later than the Cutoff Date for the “Judges’” rooms. This list must indicate, for each sleeping room, the name of the guest, the names of any additional guest(s) sharing the room, the arrival and departure dates. If guests identified on the rooming list do not check in, Group’s Master Account will be charged for the first night of all no-shows and any sleeping room cancellations made within 48 hours before the Arrival Date.
