Size variable for PPS Sampling. Each household is given a size variable that will be used for selecting the sample for swapping based on a probability proportional to size sample design in each OA. Low risk households are given a small size variable (to ensure that those households not at risk will also have a chance of being selected into the sample) and high risk house- holds are given a large size variable (to increase the chance of selecting high risk households). One-Number Census imputed households are ignored and not included in the sampling.
