SITE SUPERVISION 1.9.1 Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract. Contractor shall have a responsible supervisor on the job at all times when the work of the contract is being carried out.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER’S RESPONSIBILITIES The Construction Manager’s Preconstruction Phase responsibilities are set forth in Sections 2.1 and 2.2. The Construction Manager’s Construction Phase responsibilities are set forth in Section 2.3. The Owner and Construction Manager may agree, in consultation with the Architect, for the Construction Phase to commence prior to completion of the Preconstruction Phase, in which case, both phases will proceed concurrently. The Construction Manager shall identify a representative authorized to act on behalf of the Construction Manager with respect to the Project.
Contractor’s Duties The Contractor shall perform all duties described in this Contract to the satisfaction of the State. Representations and Warranties Under Minn. Stat. §§ 15.061 and 16C.03, subd. 3, and other applicable law the State is empowered to engage such assistance as deemed necessary. Contractor warrants that it is duly qualified and shall perform its obligations under this Contract in accordance with the commercially reasonable standards of care, skill, and diligence in Contractor’s industry, trade, or profession, and in accordance with the specifications set forth in this Contract, to the satisfaction of the State. Contractor warrants that it possesses the legal authority to enter into this Contract and that it has taken all actions required by its procedures, by-laws, and applicable laws to exercise that authority, and to lawfully authorize its undersigned signatory to execute this Contract, or any part thereof, and to bind Contractor to its terms.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER’S SERVICES The services which the Construction Manager shall provide include, but are not limited to, those described or specified herein. The services described or specified shall not be deemed to constitute a comprehensive specification having the effect of excluding services not specifically mentioned.
Adjunct Duties 9.2.1 The District and the Association recognize that teachers participate in adjunct duties. Adjunct duties are those duties beyond the work day, which require supervising and providing leadership in pupil organizations and activities or parent-teacher partnership such as, but not limited to: field trips, back-to-school night, graduation, promotion, outdoor education, open house, parent club, teacher conferences, progress report card night, supervision of dances, sponsorship of clubs, homecoming activities, and supervision of athletic events. These duties must be student supervision oriented. Attendance at Back to School Night, Open House, Progress Report Night, Teacher Conferences is required unless specific prior approval is given to miss the meeting/event.
Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Interconnection Customer’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Interconnection Customer will design, construct, own, operate and maintain the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities and Collection Feeder Lines in accordance with the following requirements, to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, the ISO OATT or applicable NYISO Procedures: NYISO requirements, industry standards and specifications, regulatory requirements, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s applicable Connecting Transmission Owner’s Electric System Bulletins (“ESBs”), provided at the following website: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ProNet/Technical-Resources/Electric- Specifications, the System Protection and Interconnection Customer Attachment Facilities Electric Installation Specification for Xxxxxxxxx Solar Project provided as Appendix C to the Facilities Study for the Small Generating Facility (“Project Specific Specifications”), as such specifications shall be modified as a result of the Interconnection Customer’s post Facilities SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2557 Study modifications to the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, and Good Utility Practice. The Interconnection Customer shall submit all engineering design and electrical specifications associated with the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities to the Connecting Transmission Owner for its review and acceptance in accordance with the ESBs and Project Specific Specifications. The metering of any redundant or standby station service provisions at the Xxxxxxxxx Solar Collector Substation shall be added in accordance with the Connecting Transmission Owner’s retail tariff, P.S.C. No. 220, and the Connecting Transmission Owner’s ESB 750. As per the Project Specific Specifications, the Interconnection Customer will install the RTU provided by Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Connecting Transmission Owner’s ESBs, indoors and within 15 feet of the meter(s), and remote from: • heavy traffic areas, work areas, and loading areas; • heat producing or high electrostatic or electromagnetic field producing equipment; and • station batteries. (Note: If no indoor facility is available, then installation of the RTU and revenue metering equipment in a dedicated, weatherproof, heated cubicle (accessible only to Connecting Transmission Owner) is acceptable.) For the revenue metering, the Interconnection Customer shall install a meter panel in accordance with the Project Specific Specifications, ESB 752 and ESB 750. The Interconnection Customer shall mount the revenue metering CT/PT units, make grounding connections, and complete all primary wiring. The Interconnection Customer shall install the meter socket enclosure near the Connecting Transmission Owner’s RTU in accordance with the Project Specific Specifications. Additional right-of-way (“ROW”) will be required for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the Line 301 Tap and must accommodate the 125’ x 125’ work pads required for the installation of the new structures. The Interconnection Customer is responsible for obtaining the property/easements needed for the Line 301 Tap line, access roads to/from the Line 301 Tap, and work pads, in accordance with the standards set forth in the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Standards and Requirements Relating to Third Party Acquisition and Transfer of Real Property Interests to Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation for Electric Facilities and Survey Specifications (January 2019). The Interconnection Customer is responsible for all permitting. Upon termination of this Agreement, Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all costs associated with the decommissioning and removal of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities.
