Signing of Contract/ Issuance of work Order i) At the same time as the Procuring Agency notifies the successful Bidder that its Bid has been accepted, the Procuring Agency will send the Bidder the Contract Form provided in the Bidding documents, incorporating all agreements between the parties or will issue the purchase order [as the case may be]. ii) Under rule-63 of PPR-14, where the Procuring Agency requires formal signing of contract, within seven (07) days of receipt of the Contract Form, the successful Bidder shall sign and mention date of the contract and return it to the Procuring Agency. iii) Where no such formal signing is required by the procuring agency, the procuring agency shall issue purchase order after the receipt of required performance guarantee, as per rule 55 of PPR-14.

  • Stop Work Order (a) NYSERDA may at any time, by written Order to the Contractor, require the Contractor to stop all or any part of the Work called for by this Agreement for a period of up to ninety (90) days after the Stop Work Order is delivered to the Contractor, and for any further period to which the parties may agree.
