SIEBEL TECHNICAL SERVICES. Siebel shall provide Technical Services to Distributor, subject to availability, as agreed to from time to time by the parties, in accordance with Siebel's Technical Services schedule in effect at the time such services are ordered (available upon request). Distributor shall pay Siebel's reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with Siebel's delivery of Technical Services.
