Sick Leave Donation Program. In order to enable Bargaining Unit members to assist any fellow bargaining unit member who has suffered a serious life threatening injury or catastrophic illness, upon approval of the Superintendent, a bargaining unit member may transfer his/her accumulated sick leave to a fellow bargaining unit member so affected under the following conditions:
