Common use of Sick Leave and Personal Leave Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave and Personal Leave. 10.1.1 Employees who work at least 175 days per school year for at least 4 hours per day will receive the following sick leave and personal leave benefits: From date of hire to 6 sick days/1 personal day completion of 4th year of service to the District.
