Sick Leave Allowance Records. A record of all unused sick leave allowance will be kept by the Employer. Where an employee is involved in an accident and as a result is paid sick leave during absence from work, any designated sick leave or wage compensation recovered from an insurer or court award shall be repaid by the employee to the Employer. The Employer shall thereupon reinstate the days of sick leave credit used, if any, as represented by the repayment.
