Shortened Life Expectancy Withdrawal. Upon application in accordance with section 8 of Schedule 3 of the Regulation, the Annuitant may withdraw all or part of the money in the Account if the following conditions are met:

Shortened Life Expectancy Withdrawal. The Annuitant may withdraw all or part of the money in the Account and receive a payment or a series of payments upon application by the Annuitant to the Trustee in accordance with section 29(9) of the Regulation, where a physician certifies that his physical or mental disability reduces his life expectancy;

  • Account Balance The Servicer must never allow any Custodial T&I Account to become overdrawn as to any individual related Borrower. If there are insufficient funds in the account, the Servicer must advance its own funds to cure the overdraft.
