Shift Commander. Any employee with a grievance shall submit said grievance in writing to his/her Shift Commander within fifteen (15) calendar days. The fifteen (15) calendar days shall run from the date of occurrence or the date the employee knew or reasonably ought to have known of the event giving rise to the grievance. The Shift Commander's decision shall be submitted in writing to the aggrieved employee within ten (10) calendar days of the receipt of the grievance.
