Shift Commander. or Acting Shift Commander shall seek eligible volunteers using the Working Out of Class log. If a Shift Commander or Acting Shift Commander is unable to obtain an eligible volunteer, the employee with the least amount of hours on the Working Out of Class Log will be detailed.
