Shareholder Communication Information. Shareholder communication is governed by National Instrument 54-101 - Communication with Beneficial Owners of Securities of a Reporting Issuer. Based on your instructions, the securities in your accounts with us are not registered in your name but in our name or the name of another person or company holding your securities on our behalf. You are referred to as the "beneficial owner" of your securities. The issuers of the securities held in your Account may not know the identity of the beneficial owner of the securities. We are required under securities law to obtain your instructions concerning various matters relating to your holding of securities in your Account. Please indicate your instructions to us by completing the section entitled Shareholder Communication Instructions on the Account Application form. If you have any questions or want to change your instructions in the future, please contact your Advisor.

  • Redacted Copies of Confidential Information If the Contractor considers any portion of any documents, data, or records submitted to the Department to be confidential, proprietary, trade secret or otherwise not subject to disclosure pursuant to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, the Florida Constitution or other authority, the Contractor must simultaneously provide the Department with a separate redacted copy of the information it claims as Confidential and briefly describe in writing the grounds for claiming exemption from the public records law, including the specific statutory citation for such exemption. This redacted copy shall contain the Contract name and number, and shall be clearly titled “Confidential.” The redacted copy should only redact those portions of material that the Contractor claims is confidential, proprietary, trade secret or otherwise not subject to disclosure.

  • PUBLIC COMMUNICATION Neither the Contractor nor any of its Staff shall make any statement to the press or issue through any media of communication any statement bearing on the Services performed or data collected under this Agreement, without the prior written approval of OSC.
