Shared Leave. Employees covered by this agreement are eligible to participate in the Port’s Shared Leave program under the same terms and conditions as non-represented employees. The Port’s Shared Leave program shall not be a bargainable issue. However, the Port agrees to provide notice to the Union in advance of changes to the program.
