Seven to Fifteen Years' Service. (a) The annual vacation for employees with seven (7) to fifteen (15) years' service covered by this Agreement shall be four (4) weeks, and the pay therefor shall be based upon nine per cent (9%) of the total wages or salary earned by the employee during the period of entitlement, or one hundred and sixty (160) hours at the hourly rate of the employee's regular job, whichever is greater.
