These services are not included as part of Section 1 except to the extent provided otherwise in the RFP, and these services will be paid for by OWNER as indicated in Section 5.

If authorized in writing by OWNER, CONSULTANT shall furnish or obtain from others Additional Services of the types listed in paragraphs 2.1.1 through 2.1.72.1.3, inclusive, subject to CONSULTANT’s approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld. These services are not included as part of Basic Services except to the extent provided otherwise in Exhibit A on the Request for Proposals, the RFP shall be considered a part of this agreement as if attached herein. These will be paid for by OWNER as indicated in Section 5.
