Service Work Order and Total Project Price. 1.1. The total amount that the Judicial Council may pay to Contractor under any authorized individual Service Work Order shall remain firm and fixed for the Term of the Contract (“Total Project Price”) specified therein. The Total Project Price shall not in any event exceed the Total Project Price indicated on the face of the applicable Service Work Order.
