Service Termination. Any unvested portion of the Option shall be forfeited immediately without consideration upon the termination of the Participant’s Service for any reason. In the event the Participant’s Service is terminated for Cause, the Vested Portion of the Option shall also be forfeited immediately without consideration upon such termination.
