Service Provider First Level Support. In the event that Service Provider has entered into an agreement with an End User to provide any support on the CA Software, Service Provider shall provide first level support for the CA Software substantially similar to the level of support provided by CA to Enterprise Customers, set forth at the following web site: xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxx.xx.xxx under Technical Support Policies and Terms. Service Provider shall ensure that members of its technical staff complete sufficient training regarding the CA Software as necessary to provide first level support to End Users. CA shall not have any obligation to provide first level support to End Users.
