Common use of SERVICE LITERATURE Clause in Contracts

SERVICE LITERATURE. Service literature shall consist of, but is not limited to, troubleshooting guides, test data, service bulletins, training guides, other media training tools (videos, computer based training software, course development tools and information, self-study guides, etc.), application notes, part numbers, and catalogs and will be made available to Buyer at Seller's cost. Buyer may copy these materials for providing maintenance to its own customers (in accordance with Section 12.0.).
