Supplemental Training Clause Samples

The Supplemental Training clause establishes the requirements and procedures for providing additional training beyond the standard or initial instruction. This clause typically outlines when and how extra training sessions may be requested, who is responsible for delivering and attending them, and any associated costs or scheduling considerations. Its core practical function is to ensure that parties have a clear process for addressing unforeseen training needs, thereby maintaining competency and compliance throughout the term of the agreement.
Supplemental Training. (a) The Company has the right to conduct training which is supplemental to the training provided under the J.T.C. program. The Parties agree that the right of the Company to conduct such supplemental training is in no way restricted by the Collective Agreement or any other Agreements between the two Parties. (b) For the purposes of conducting supplemental training, the Company can assign a non- union instructor who will have access to the cable t.v. plant in relation to such training. This access is limited to training only and is not for purposes of performance of job tasks which fall within the jurisdiction of the Technical Employees.
Supplemental Training. We may offer optional training programs without charge or for tuition. There is usually a tuition charge for additional training which is provided to you or your staff at your request. We may offer or sell to you video tapes, computer discs or other on-site training aids and materials, or require you to buy them at reasonable prices.
Supplemental Training. Supplemental training will be provided at times and locations mutually agreeable to both parties at Seller's then-current most favorable charges for training. If the training is to be performed in Seller's facilities, Seller shall furnish all necessary course material required for such training. Buyer shall bear the cost of travel and living expenses of its personnel. If training is to be performed at other than Seller's facilities, Buyer shall reimburse Seller for reasonable travel expenses incurred by Seller's personnel to the extent that such expenses arise directly from training being performed at other than Seller's facilities. In such cases Buyer shall provide adequate training facilities and training equipment. Seller will provide all appropriate training materials as specified in Section 13.3.1.
Supplemental Training. Members may attend supplemental training, with supervisor approval, as manpower allows. Regardless of scheduling adjustments made for supplemental training, members must be scheduled to work eighty (80) hours during a two (2) week pay period and members may not be scheduled to work more than forty- four (44) hours in any one (1) calendar week. Exact scheduling will be determined by the platoon commanders.
Supplemental Training. Seller will provide supplemental training during the course of the installation process for up to four (4) operators (training of additional operators may result in additional cost). All such training is understood to be supplemental to the training conducted at Seller's facility, and constitutes "on-the-job-training" conducted during the Installation process. All such trainees must be proficient in spoken and written English, or Buyer must provide at its expense a skilled interpreter/translation expert to render Seller's trainer/installer's instructions into trainee's native language in an effective and efficient manner. Seller will provide operation, repair and maintenance manuals to Buyer in English, and will attempt to provide them to Buyer sufficiently in advance of the installation process to allow Buyer to translate or have them translated and copied. Seller does not warrant the content of such documents if translated.
Supplemental Training. If requested by Customer, Seller may provide supplemental training at a Training Facility specified by Seller, subject to the payment by Customer of an additional fee to be agreed between Customer and Seller.
Supplemental Training. Franchisee or its General Manager will participate in any continuing training program provided by BRCB through the medium of inspections, bulletins, manuals, and other literature, and will comply with the directives and instructions contained in those documents or delivered during or after inspections. This Section 10.2 will not be interpreted to require BRCB to provide any training beyond the initial training.
Supplemental Training. We may, at such times and places we deem best, require your general manager, your sales director, and other key personnel to attend and successfully complete supplemental training courses in connection with Hotel System modifications. These individuals must attend any supplemental training within one hundred and eighty (180) days after you receive notice from us that such training is required. The fee for supplemental training ranges from One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150) to Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500) per person, depending on the nature of the training program. Supplemental training may be conducted by, and tuition may be payable to, third parties we designate.
Supplemental Training. Employees not required to be trained/certified in first aid, CPR, and/or mental health first aid may request this training, with supervisor approval. The University encourages as many employees to be current in first aid, CPR, and mental health first aid training as is reasonably practicable.
Supplemental Training. At your option and upon not less than 35 days' prior written notice to us, you may receive additional training at our training center or at other agreed upon locations. All expenses of this training will be borne by you, including but not limited to your travel, lodging, meals, compensation, and our reasonable costs and expenses including a reasonable training fee at our then current rates. This additional training consists of visits to our franchises, office work experience and observation of franchise operations. The duration of training is negotiable depending upon your needs. You will not receive any compensation for services rendered by the trainee during this or any other training. From time to time we may provide refresher training programs or seminars and may require that you or your managers attend and complete them to our satisfaction. These programs and seminars will be held at locations we designate and will be provided without charge to you. You may be exclusively responsible for paying all travel, living and other expenses and compensation of attending these programs and seminars. Each year, you or the designated managers of your Franchise will be required to attend up to 40 hours of programs and seminars, depending upon program and seminar availability.
