Seniority of Employees by Reason of Acquisition. Employees who have prior continuous service with any transit operation, which has been, or is in the future, acquired by the Agency, and who remain in the continuous service of the Agency after such acquisition, shall retain their most recent date of continuous employment with such predecessor transit operation as their seniority date.
