SENIORITY AND PROMOTIONS. 14.1 A probationary period of sixty-six (66) working days on the payroll shall apply in the case of each new employee, during which time seniority shall not apply and an employee during that time may be laid off without reference to seniority and the University shall not be obligated to rehire such an employee.
