Senior employees not selected. When a senior employee, who has applied for a bulletined position, is not assigned thereto, s/he shall, upon request, be entitled to be advised in writing of the reason s/he did not receive the assignment. If not satisfied with the reason stated for not receiving the assignment, s/he may invoke the grievance procedure outlined in this Agreement.
