Common use of Seller's Plant Personnel Clause in Contracts

Seller's Plant Personnel. During the Term, Seller shall employ, or cause a qualified service provider engaged by Seller to employ qualified personnel for managing, operating and maintaining the Facility and for coordinating with Buyer. Seller shall ensure that operating personnel are available, on site or at a remote monitoring location, at all times, twenty-four (24) hours per calendar day and seven (7) calendar days per week. Additionally, during the Term, Seller shall operate and maintain the Facility in such manner as to ensure compliance with its obligations hereunder and in accordance with applicable law and Good Utility Practice.
