Seller Electric Metering. Seller shall be responsible for the maintenance, testing and calibration of the Electric Metering Equipment and the maintenance and testing of the electrical facilities and Protective Apparatus, including any transmission equipment and related facilities, necessary to interconnect the Facility at the Electricity Delivery Point. Such installation shall be completed, and the delivery of such data shall be commenced, as promptly as possible but in no event later than one month prior to the commencement of Net Energy deliveries. Seller shall bear all costs and expenses of installing, maintaining and testing all Electric Metering Equipment.
