Selection Stage Sample Clauses
Selection Stage. The stage of a Development Phase during which the Operator, with the assistance of the Project Team, if applicable, will determine whether to:
(a) install a Development System on the Contract Area, or
(b) tie-back to, and utilize,
(i) a Development System resulting from a previous Development Phase or
(ii) a development system and/or facilities located outside the Contract Area in order to produce Hydrocarbons.
Selection Stage. The tenderers responses to the questions in Part 3 will be assessed as detailed below.
Selection Stage. The aim of the selection process is to carry out due diligence and evaluate evidence of Tenderers suitability and ability to perform the Services based on Tenderers responses to the sections within this ITT. This will include a combination of financial and non-financial factors in terms of economic and financial standing and technical and professional ability in accordance with Regulations 23 to 26 of the PCR 2006. This is assessed by the questions within the Selection Questionnaire at Section Six.
