Selection and Allocation of Discount Rates. Subject to the requirements set forth in this Agreement, the Administrator and the Purchaser Agents shall from time to time, only for purposes of computing Discount with respect to each Purchaser, account for such Purchaser’s portion of Capital in terms of one or more portions (or tranches), and the applicable Discount Rate may be different for each portion of Capital. Each Purchaser’s Capital shall be allocated to each portion of Capital by the Administrator or the applicable Purchaser Agent to reflect the funding sources for each such portion of such Capital, so that:
