SECURITY OF CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS. 4.1 Contractor’s special attention is drawn to conditions 2-A and 3 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts). The contractor shall not communicate any classified information regarding the work either to subcontractors or others without the prior approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall also not make copies of the design/drawings and other documents furnished to him in respect of the work, and shall return all documents on completion of the works or earlier on termination of the contract. The contractor shall along with the final bill, attach a receipt from Engineer-in-Charge of his having returned the classified documents as per condition 3 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts).

The contractor shall also not make copies of the decision and drawings and other documents burnished to him in respect of works and he shall return all documents to the department on completion of the work or earlier determination and/or termination of the contract. The contractor or shall attach with final bill the receipt from the Engineer-in-Charge to the effect that he (The contractor) has returned the classified documents as per conditions 3 of General Conditions of contract, IAFW-2249.

  • Payment of Checks, Drafts and Orders Subject to Section 9.5, the Assuming Institution agrees to pay all properly drawn checks, drafts and withdrawal orders of depositors of the Failed Bank presented for payment, whether drawn on the check or draft forms provided by the Failed Bank or by the Assuming Institution, to the extent that the Deposit balances to the credit of the respective makers or drawers assumed by the Assuming Institution under this Agreement are sufficient to permit the payment thereof, and in all other respects to discharge, in the usual course of conducting a banking business, the duties and obligations of the Failed Bank with respect to the Deposit balances due and owing to the depositors of the Failed Bank assumed by the Assuming Institution under this Agreement.

  • Separate Agreements All uses of an E-System shall be governed by and subject to, in addition to Section 9.2 and this Section 9.3, the separate terms, conditions and privacy policy posted or referenced in such E-System (or such terms, conditions and privacy policy as may be updated from time to time, including on such E-System) and related Contractual Obligations executed by Agent and Credit Parties in connection with the use of such E-System.

  • Financial Security Arrangements At least 20 Business Days prior to the commencement of the design, procurement, installation, or construction of a discrete portion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and Upgrades, the Interconnection Customer shall provide the Connecting Transmission Owner, at the Interconnection Customer’s option, a guarantee, a surety bond, letter of credit or other form of security that is reasonably acceptable to the Connecting Transmission Owner and is consistent with the Uniform Commercial Code of the jurisdiction where the Point of Interconnection is located. Such security for payment shall be in an amount sufficient to cover the costs for constructing, designing, procuring, and installing the applicable portion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and Upgrades and shall be reduced on a dollar-for-dollar basis for payments made to the Connecting Transmission Owner under this Agreement during its term. The Connecting Transmission Owner may draw on any such security to the extent that the Interconnection Customer fails to make any payments due under this Agreement. In addition:

  • COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL OBLIGATIONS Contractor shall procure and maintain for the duration of this Contract any state, county, city or federal license, authorization, waiver, permit, qualification or certification required by statute, ordinance, law, or regulation to be held by Contractor to provide the goods or services required by this Contract. Contractor will be responsible to pay all taxes, assessments, fees, premiums, permits, and licenses required by law. Real property and personal property taxes are the responsibility of Contractor in accordance with NRS 361.157 and 361.159. Contractor agrees to be responsible for payment of any such government obligations not paid by its subcontractors during performance of this Contract.
