Security Emergencies. If we reasonably determine that the security of our Services or infrastructure may be compromised due to hacking attempts, denial of service attacks, or other malicious activities, we may temporarily suspend the Services and we will take action to promptly resolve any security issues. We will notify you of any suspension or other action taken for security reasons.

If Xxxxxxx.xx reasonably determines that the security of its Software, Redistributable Components or infrastructure may be compromised due to hacking attempts, denial of service attacks, or other malicious activities, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Xxxxxxx.xx may, without liability to Customer, temporarily suspend the Software, Redistributable Components and/or related services and Xxxxxxx.xx will take action to promptly resolve such security issues.

"Security Emergency" means: (i) use of the Services that do, or could, disrupt the Services, other customers' use of the Services, or the infrastructure used to provide the Services and (ii) unauthorized third party access to the Services.
