Secured Bank Product Obligations. Debt, obligations and other liabilities with respect to Bank Products owing by a Borrower or Affiliate of a Borrower to a Secured Bank Product Provider; provided, that Secured Bank Product Obligations of an Obligor shall not include its Excluded Swap Obligations.

Secured Bank Product Obligations. Bank Product Debt owing to a Secured Bank Product Provider with respect to which the applicable Secured Bank Product Provider (other than Bank of America and its Affiliates) has specified in writing to Agent the maximum amount to be included as a Bank Product Reserve (“Bank Product Amount”), which amount may be established or increased (by further written notice to Agent from time to time) as long as no Default or Event of Default exists and no Overadvance would result from establishment of a Bank Product Reserve for such amount and all other Secured Bank Product Obligations.
Secured Bank Product Obligations. Bank Product Debt owing to a Secured Bank Product Provider, up to the maximum amount (in the case of any Secured Bank Product Provider other than Bank of America and its Affiliates) specified by such provider in writing to Agent, which amount may be established or increased (by further written notice to Agent from time to time) as long as no Default or Event of Default exists and no Overadvance would result from establishment of a Canadian Bank Product Reserve or U.S. Bank Product Reserve, as applicable, for such amount and all other Secured Bank Product Obligations.

Secured Bank Product Obligations. No Bank Product Provider that obtains the benefits of Section 2.11(b), the Security Documents or any Collateral by virtue of the provisions hereof or of any other Credit Document shall have any right to notice of any action or to consent to, direct or object to any action hereunder or under any other Credit Document or otherwise in respect of the Collateral (including the release or impairment of any Collateral) other than in its capacity as a Lender and, in such case, only to the extent expressly provided in the Credit Documents. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article to the contrary, the Administrative Agent shall not be required to verify the payment of, or that other satisfactory arrangements have been made with respect to, Bank Product Obligations unless the Administrative Agent has received written notice of such Credit Party Obligations, together with such supporting documentation as the Administrative Agent may request, from the applicable Bank Product Provider.
Secured Bank Product Obligations. Bank Product Debt of a U.S. Obligor or any U.S. Subsidiary owing to a Secured Bank Product Provider, up to the maximum amount (in the case of any Secured Bank Product Provider other than Bank of America and its Affiliates so long as Bank of America is the Agent) reasonably specified by such provider in writing to the Agent, which amount may be established or increased (by further written notice to the Agent from time to time) as long as no Default or Event of Default exists; provided that U.S. Secured Bank Product Obligations of any U.S. Obligor shall not include Excluded Hedging Obligations of such U.S. Obligor. U.S. Secured Obligations: the U.S. Obligations and the U.S. Secured Bank Product Obligations.
Secured Bank Product Obligations. Bank Product Debt owing to a Secured Bank Product Provider, up to the maximum amount specified by such provider in writing to Administrative Agent (other than in the case of Bank of America or its Affiliates, which shall not be required to provide any such written notice), which amount may be (i) increased with respect to any existing Noticed Hedge at any time by further written notice to Administrative Agent, or (ii) established or increased with respect to any Secured Bank Product Obligations other than an existing Noticed Hedge by further written notice to Administrative Agent from time to time, as long as, in each case under this subclause (ii): (A) no Default or Event of Default exists, (B) establishment of a Bank Product Reserve for such amount and all other Secured Bank Product Obligations would not result in an Overadvance, and (C) the aggregate amount of Bank Product Debt arising from Bank Products described in clauses (c) and (d) of the definition thereof shall not exceed $50,000,000; provided, that Secured Bank Product Obligations of an Obligor shall not include its Excluded Swap Obligations.
