Section 7 – Administrative Transfers/Reassignments. Under extraordinary circumstances, 16 after conferring with the employee and the Association, the Superintendent or Superintendent’s 17 designee may transfer and/or reassign an employee for reasons other than those listed in 18 Sections 4(a) and 6(a) above. Such administrative transfers and/or reassignments shall be 19 limited to no more than two (2) occurrences in any school year, and shall not be for disciplinary 20 or punitive reasons.

  • Transfers and Reassignments Definitions "Headquarters" means a locality and its contiguous territory in and from which an employee normally works as provided in Attachment B of this Agreement.

  • Assignment/Reassignment 20.1 An employee shall be assigned/reassigned to a position by the appropriate administrator. Such assignments shall be consistent with the employee's classification except as provided elsewhere in this Article. It is expressly agreed that the application or interpretation of this section shall not require any change of the classification of any unit member.

  • Permanent Reassignment Nothing in this procedure will preclude Management from permanently reassigning an employee to another position provided the employee is notified, in writing, of the reason(s) for the reassignment. A permanent reassignment is an extraordinary action. In order for an involuntary permanent reassignment to be made, either operational need must exist for the reassignment, or there must exist reasons for the reassignment, which effectively preclude the employee from performing their bid position. An employee on Leave Without Pay for ten (10) or more consecutive work days (except those placed on Leave Without Pay as a result of an illness or injury compensable under the worker’s compensation system or on Family Medical Leave) and/or receiving shared leave for ten (10) or more consecutive work days, or a combination thereof may be reassigned and will have their bid requests suspended until they return to work.

  • Automatic transfer to new card account If you are issued with a replacement card with a different card number, you will need to re-establish any recurring payment instructions you have with your respective billing organization(s) to avoid any disruption to your bill payments and/or lapses in your policies (where applicable) and we will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred by you in connection with your failure to do such update.   • Xxxxxxx’x Release of The Settling Entity This Settlement Agreement is a full, final and binding resolution between Xxxxxxx, as an individual (and not on behalf of the public yet furthers its health interest, unless it is judicially approved, in which case the release would be in furtherance of the public interest), and the Settling Entity, of any violation of Proposition 65 that was or could have been asserted by Xxxxxxx on behalf of himself, his past and current agents, representatives, attorneys, successors, and/or assignees, against the Settling Entity, Amazon and each of their past, current, and future direct and indirect parents, subsidiaries, affiliated entities under common ownership, predecessors, successors, directors, officers, managers, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assignees, and attorneys (releasees), based on their alleged or actual failure to warn about alleged exposures to lead contained in the Products that were sold and/or offered for sale in California by the Settling Entity through xxxxxx.xxx before the Effective Date, as alleged in the notice. In further consideration of the promises and agreements herein contained, Xxxxxxx as an individual and not on behalf of the public, on behalf of himself, his past and current agents, representatives, attorneys, successors, and/or assignees, hereby waives all of his rights to institute or participate in, directly or indirectly, any form of legal action and releases all claims that he may have, including, without limitation, all actions, and causes of action, in law or in equity, suits, liabilities, demands, obligations, damages, costs, fines, penalties, losses, or expenses including, but not exclusively, investigation fees, expert fees, and attorneys’ fees arising under Proposition 65 with respect to lead in the Products, sold and/or offered for sale by the Settling Entity, before the Effective Date, against the Settling Entity and the releasees. The Parties further understand and agree that this subsection 4.1 release shall not extend upstream to any entities that manufactured the Products or any component parts thereof, or any distributors, importers or suppliers who sold the Products to the Settling Entity. Nothing in this subsection affects Xxxxxxx’x right to commence or prosecute an action under Proposition 65 against a releasee that does not involve the Products that were sold and/or offered for sale in California by the Settling Entity.
