Section 2.4(c). In the event that a Landlord or a Tenant does not provide their consent for the Dispute to be resolved through the ADR Procedure, the Dispute must be resolved by the parties or through the courts. If the party who does not provide its consent for the Dispute to be resolved through the ADR Procedure does not start the required court proceedings within 6 months of responding to the repayment claim or Statutory Declaration Notice, indicating that they do not consent to the ADR Procedure, any disputed amount may be released by The DPS to the other party.

  • Participation Fee If your account is subject to a Participation Fee, a fee will be charged when you open an account as described on the Disclosure accompanying this Agreement.

  • Additional Fees The Borrower has agreed to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger additional fees, the amount and dates of payment of which are embodied in the Fee Letter.

  • Effective Date and Allocations If the Aggregate Commitments are increased in accordance with this Section, the Administrative Agent and the Borrower shall determine the effective date (the “Increase Effective Date”) and the final allocation of such increase.
