Additional Escrow Amounts definition

Additional Escrow Amounts means the amounts generated as interest and other earnings from the deposits in the Escrow Account and includes interest and other earnings generated from the deposits in the Additional Escrow Account.

  • As mentioned in a preceding section, RSA 564:23 II expressly negates spendthrift trust protection for “…a beneficiary’s interest in a trust to the extent that the beneficiary is the settlor and the trust is not a special needs trust established [under 42 U.S.C. § 1396p(d)(4)] for a person with disabilities”.

  • The Closing Escrow Amount, together with any Additional Escrow Amounts deposited from time to time with Escrow Agent, and any interest and income earned thereon are herein together referred to as “Escrow Funds”.

  • Indemnity Escrow Amount means $3,000,000.

  • Qualified escrow fund means an escrow arrangement with a federally or state-chartered financial institution having no affiliation with any tobacco product manufacturer and having assets of at least one billion dollars where such arrangement requires that such financial institution hold the escrowed funds’ principal for the benefit of releasing parties and prohibits the tobacco product manufacturer placing the funds into escrow from using, accessing, or directing the use of the funds’ principal except as consistent with section 453C.2, subsection 2, paragraph “b”.

  • Deposit Escrow Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Professional Fee Escrow Account means an interest-bearing account funded by the Debtors with Cash on the Effective Date in an amount equal to the Professional Fee Amount.

  • Closing Fees means those fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to the Fee Letter.

  • Reserve Fund Initial Deposit means the initial deposit of cash in the amount of $3,846,153.85 made by or on behalf of the Seller into the Reserve Fund on the Closing Date.
