Second-degree relatives. Upon application, members of the bargaining unit shall receive one (1) day without loss of salary to attend the funeral of a second-degree relative. Second-degree relatives shall include uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, first cousins, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
