Seattle/Everett Metropolitan Area. In order to have applicants available and ready for work in the densely populated Seattle/Everett Metropolitan area, the Locals in that area shall give preference to those applicants present at the hiring hall during the Local’s established dispatch hours. Any dispatching done outside of the Local’s established dispatching hours will be done by telephone.
