Seasonal Schedule. There will be prior consultation with the Orchestra Committee and the Artistic Advisory Committee on seasonal schedules and rehearsal venues. On or before April 15th of each season the Musicians will be given a list of all rehearsals, performances and tour dates scheduled by that time for the following season. At the beginning of each season an up-to-date revision of this list will be given to all Musicians.

In addition there shall be a memo posted outlining all changes in the season schedule beyond the posted thirteen
