The INTERMISSIONS clause defines the rules and expectations regarding scheduled breaks or pauses during a performance, event, or work session. INTERMISSIONS. The User agrees that for all programs lasting two hours or more, a running schedule for each performance will be provided to the Management at least 10 working days prior to the engagement. All such schedules will include intermission times. The Management shall retain the right to cause the interruption of any performance when in sole judgment of the Management, such interruption is necessary in the interest of public safety.
INTERMISSIONS. (a) The EMPLOYER agrees that there shall be no less than a fifteen (15) minute intermission between dance pieces and/or acts of dance pieces which require a change of costume and/or make-up by ARTISTS appearing in both dance pieces or both acts of the same dance piece. Intermission time shall begin from the time of final curtain following the end of curtain calls; any violation shall be paid at the dollar equivalent of one-half (1/2) hour overtime.
(b) There shall be a call ten (10) minutes prior to the appearance of the ARTIST in such second (2nd) and third (3rd) dance piece advising the ARTISTS that they shall be required on stage five (5) minutes after such call.
INTERMISSIONS a) Musicians shall be entitled to five (5) minutes of intermission for each one-half (1/2) hour of service. The Centre may, subject to the approval of the Orchestra Committee, schedule twenty minute intermissions for single intermission opera, operetta and ballet performances scheduled for three hours' duration. The intermissions may be taken separately or together subject to the following:
b) All performances shall have an intermission of not less than twenty (20) minutes, during which coffee or tea will be provided at the Centre's expense.
c) Members of the orchestra will not be required to rehearse or, except for Opera and Operetta, perform continuously for more than ninety (90) minutes, without the approval of the Orchestra through the Orchestra Committee.
INTERMISSIONS. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that for all programs lasting one hour or more, except religious services or other engagements specifically excluded, an intermission of not less than thirty (30) minutes is held, subject to modification by DPAC when necessary to meet unusual conditions.

(c) No rehearsals, walk-throughs, stagings or spacing will occur during any intermission unless requested by an ARTIST or in an emergency situation.

INTERMISSIONS. The EMPLOYER agrees that there shall be a fifteen (15) minute intermission between ballets which require a change of costume and make-up by ARTISTS appearing in both ballets. There shall be a call ten (10) minutes prior to the appearance of the ARTISTS ni such second (2nd) ballet advising the ARTISTS that they shall be required on stage five (5) minutes after such call.
INTERMISSIONS. The EMPLOYER agrees that there shall be a twenty (20) minute intermission between acts. Intermission time shall begin from the time of final curtain following the end of curtain calls; any violation shall be paid at the dollar equivalent of one- half (1/2) hour overtime
INTERMISSIONS. The EMPLOYER agrees that there shall be a minimum fifteen (15) minutes of intermission between dance pieces and/or acts of dance pieces which require a change of costume and/or make-up by PERFORMING ARTISTS appearing in both dance pieces or both acts of the same dance piece. Intermission time shall begin at the time of final curtain following the end of curtain calls. There shall be no interruption of the minimum intermission time. However, additional unpaid time may be added to the intermission, when necessary, to accommodate urgent notes or an Emergency Rehearsal, only if the need for such notes or Emergency Rehearsal is due to circumstances that have a direct impact on the performance of work(s) following the intermission and only if there was no other opportunity during the same day, prior to the performance to resolve the issues that precipitated the notes or Emergency Rehearsal without adding rehearsal time paid at penalty or overtime rates that would not otherwise have required pay at those rates. EMPLOYER will make best efforts to keep this added intermission time at a minimum. Any violation of this paragraph shall be paid at the dollar equivalent of one-half (1/2) hour overtime for each fifteen (15) minutes. There shall be a call ten (10) minutes prior to the appearance of the PERFORMING ARTISTS in such second (2nd) and third (3rd) dance piece advising the ARTISTS that they shall be required on stage five (5) minutes after such call.
