SCOPE OF WORK AND CONTRACT PRICE. Work shall be performed in accordance with Exhibit “A” the “Scope of Work”. For the complete performance of the Work, Owner agrees to pay Contractor, subject to such offsets, additions, and deductions as herein and by law provided, the sum, hereinafter called “Contract Price” as set forth below and in Exhibits “C” (Contract Price) and “D” (Schedule of Unit Prices.)
