Common use of Scope of Development Clause in Contracts

Scope of Development. (a) The Company shall construct and develop or cause to be constructed and developed, in substantial compliance with the times set forth in the Performance Schedule, all Improvements which the Company is obligated to construct and develop under the Performance Schedule and this Agreement. (b) The Company shall construct all Improvements in accordance with all applicable building and permitting codes.
