The Contract Documents are comprised of the Request for Proposal, Invitation to Bid, or other solicitation document (Solicitation); the successful bid or proposal; the letter awarding the contract to Contractor; the City’s written acceptance of exceptions or clarifications to the Solicitation, if any; and these General Contract Terms and Provisions.
