The purpose of the Triad is to form a team that regularly works together to enhance the collaborative processes and collaborative decision making at the schools. Records of the Triad meetings shall be maintained at the school and shall include Triad decisions, resolutions, action steps, and/or other communiques to staff. Such material shall be available to the unions and the administra- tion upon request.
