School Redesign and Restructuring. The Superintendent and the Association President shall meet annually by the end of October to identify schools that may be subject to Restructuring, Redesign, or Program Change and the timeline for decision making. Options to Restructuring or Redesign shall be discussed.

School Redesign and Restructuring. The parties affirm that the action to redesign a school is due to structure and design reasons and is not a reflection on individual teacher competency. The Association and the District enter into this Agreement to assure that a known and fair process is followed in the treatment of personnel in a school that has been designated for Redesign, Restructure or closure. By definition, the Redesign or Restructure of a school shall refer to the Superintendent's decision pursuant to Article 5. 13-11-1 The parties agree the treatment of personnel at schools impacted by Redesign or Restructure to be as follows:

  • SECTION 907 - VEHICLE CONFIGURATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS The SADT on the section shall be understood to be 1,500.

  • Restricted Use By Outsourcers / Facilities Management, Service Bureaus or Other Third Parties Outsourcers, facilities management or service bureaus retained by Licensee shall have the right to use the Product to maintain Licensee’s business operations, including data processing, for the time period that they are engaged in such activities, provided that: 1) Licensee gives notice to Contractor of such party, site of intended use of the Product, and means of access; and 2) such party has executed, or agrees to execute, the Product manufacturer’s standard nondisclosure or restricted use agreement which executed agreement shall be accepted by the Contractor (“Non-Disclosure Agreement”); and 3) if such party is engaged in the business of facility management, outsourcing, service bureau or other services, such third party will maintain a logical or physical partition within its computer system so as to restrict use and access to the program to that portion solely dedicated to beneficial use for Licensee. In no event shall Licensee assume any liability for third party’s compliance with the terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement, nor shall the Non-Disclosure Agreement create or impose any liabilities on the State or Licensee. Any third party with whom a Licensee has a relationship for a state function or business operation, shall have the temporary right to use Product (e.g., JAVA Applets), provided that such use shall be limited to the time period during which the third party is using the Product for the function or business activity.

  • ARTICLE MANAGEMENT RIGHTS The Union acknowledges that it is the exclusive function of the Company to manage the business and direct the working force, including but not limited to the following:

  • Meal Breaks and Rest Pauses There will be a meal break and a rest pause for each shift or day where a minimum of eight hours are worked are worked Monday to Friday. The meal break shall be thirty minutes duration and will be unpaid. The rest pause will be twenty minutes duration and paid. An employee required to work overtime on a Saturday, Sunday or rostered day off shall be allowed a 20 minute paid crib break after each five hours worked if the work is scheduled to continue after the break. Payment for the crib break shall be at the prevailing overtime rate. A second meal break of 20 minutes shall be due if working 8 hours or more, and paid at the prevailing overtime rate. Subsequent paid meal breaks are due every 4 hours The times of taking the breaks will be as agreed between the employer and majority of employees affected.

  • License and Restrictions (a) Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nonsublicensable, nonassignable, nontransferable, nonresellable license and right to use the Application for the sole purpose of your use of the Service.

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.
